Formation of a layer of skin on the surface of the paint or the container.
CAUSES:
Use of non-airtight container
Lack of anti-skinning agent
Storage under excessively warm condition
SOLUTION:
Use airtight container
Avoid unnecessary opening of can
Store as recommended by manufacturer
Remove the layer of skin and stir paint to homogeneous consistency
