Job Description
The Senior Accounts Clerk will support the finance department by managing accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. This role involves various accounting tasks to help maintain the financial integrity of the company.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and reconcile fuel receipt / consumption.
- Assist with the daily closing out process.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Requirements
ACCA level 2 or Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Clerk or similar role
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance department. You will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
- Review bank reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Review the daily close out process.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed
- Providing support to the senior accounting team as needed
Requirements
- ACCA level 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar role
